Double oven- what would be the best flex outlet/switch options

What I should do is have one cooker switch, and then my cable from this cooker switch goes to the dual outlet plate to wire both ovens?
Exactly.
It's the standard arrangement used in domestic kitchens everywhere for ever.

'Advice' from kitchen designers and vendors should be ignored.

All noted and understood, thanks all. That is why I wanted to ask on here :)

Sorry one more question. Is there any reason why I can’t do cable to the cooker switch, and then use 3 way wagos in a junction box to split and supply the two ovens? I have some room in the void/under cabinets where I can put the box

Why?
They will be switched off only for cleaning or maintenance. Neither of which requires them to be separately controlled.

I used two MCBs for my mum's two ovens because during covid the combi microwave developed a fault. It took 8 months to get a replacement. In the event of another failure I wanted a way to isolate it to prevent anyone accidentally using the faulty oven. Probably overkill but the parts didn't cost much.

BTW the stoopidly expensive combi failed because the guy that fitted it didn't RTFM. The instructions said fit an air grill in the plinth. He didn't fit one and over time the internal lid developed rust holes. I had a similar problem when she (wot no longer talks to me) got Wren to fit a new kitchen. We couldn't work out why the steam/micro combi would get so wet inside. The 5th(?) fitter that turned up insisted that a grill vent wasn't necessary. I showed him the manual for both ovens (both made by Bosch), the lower oven didn't need one, the steam oven did.
