Reading the comments below, that video does nothing to say why they have their own communities - Cousin IT said it a year or two ago 'people tend to gather together over mutual interest' and i'd add cultural affinity. It's just the way people are. The failure was on the part of local English people when they first arrived, refusing to integrate, mocking the way they spoke, dressed and behaved so differently to them.

Too late now, i'm afraid: we reap what we sow.
