When in The Czech Republic you would be shocked to see they have darky shops. You can relax though as in English 'darky' means gift.
Though I'm not exactly sure what's going on with this Prague beauty salon. 
Suppose it could be argued that pubs are racist. Any pub I ever go in is a comforting haven of caucasian and one of the last bastions of whiteness. No wonder the powers that be would like to see them eradicated.

I just much preferred the country pre mass immigration. Look at the increasing trouble it causes. The trouble that all us racists said would happen and were desperate to avoid.

Around my way we use the terms Somali, Kurd, Turkish (very similar to Kurd so may sometimes get those 2 wrong ) Romanian, Pakistani, Indian, Polish, Jamaican, Kenyan Angola types are a little difficult to tell apart so we just refer to them as African.
And shouting racist at the rest of the country whilst living in a little white village isolated from any of the effects of it all. Yes I will give you an example - Somalian gang wars on the streets of the town centre. Living here you get to learn the skill of identifying the different races as a way of self protection, for example - you do not walk around in the Somalian areas after dark.
I was told by a senior member of Newham education department about 15 years ago not to use the term coloured as it could be considered racist. "What term should I use" I asked. "Black" was the answer.
