Pub Prices

OMG pubs are getting ridicilous now. Friday is my big drinking day where around 30 or so of us hit the pub after work as we finish at 12.30pm on a Friday. I always make sure that I get there first as I then avoid having to buy a round. Usually everyone is half cut and makes their way home by the time it is my round. Anyways I got stitched up at work this Friday and had to attend a call out on the way so I had to get a round in. Done on purpose in my opinion!!! Jeez the round cost me near on £100 which no wonder people don't visit them like they used to. Next Friday my phone will be switched off.

My west london local is £5 for a Kronenbourg, £4.90 for what is reputed to the be the 4th best pint of Guinness in west London. The next nearest pub is about £6.50 for a Kronenbourg.

Temple Bar? That place is a tourist rip off.

From memory, where my mum is from in county Limerick, it is about €6-6.50 for a pint of Guinness.
