110mm solvent Tee question

Sorry this might be a silly question. I’ve purchased a 110mm solvent Tee with a 36mm(32mm) Tee section. I noticed that on the body there is this little mark in the body almost like it’s part of the mold making process like the area it’s mounted and cut off or something. But directly inside of that mark on the inside of the pipe there is a dimple. Just wanted to make sure this isn’t defect that can potentially compromise the fitting. I’ve attached two photos (one of the outside and the other of the inside showing the little dimple indentation)

I also bought a black colour 90mm push fit to 110mm solvent weld reducer. The 110mm I want to solvent weld to this grey Tee. But noticed that when I dry insert the 110mm reducer to this grey Tee, it goes in rather loosely. I thought it should be a little snug. Is it normal or abnormal for it to be loose ?

Are they the same make of fitting? Different makes can be slightly different.

No they are different brands. Will solvent cementing it still work even though it’s not snug and tight?

The black 110mm piece has a slight wobble when inserted into the grey 110mm Tee, I would say maybe even a 1mm or so gap

Hard to say without seeing it but should be fine as long as it isn't too loose. You do get gap filling solvent if unsure.

You think this work with normal solvent cement? Or should I get special solvent cement? Or I am wondering has the seller sold me a push fit instead of solvent weld end? They said it’s solvent weld connector though.

Hmm that does loose like quite a gap, not really suitable for normal solvent I'd say. At the price of gap filling cement you might be better changing the reducer to a more suitable one.

I think I’ll return this reducer since it just doesn’t seem to give me peace of mind.

Also further inspecting this black reducer, the 110mm end I’m actually convinced is supposed to be push fit and not solvent as the seller said because it looks chamfered like how edges of push fit pipes are. I get the feeling this is supposed to be push fit

If it is push fit, instead of trying to find a 90mm push fit to 110mm solvent do you think it’s just easier to get a 110mm push fit to 110mm solvent? That way this black one can work?
