first world problems young counter assistant doesnt know all of the 70 thousand products and names of them after 2 weeks in the job .

He didn't know how to search on their computer system either. I described him as a boy but he was about 25 I reckon, which is a boy compared to me.

Of course, look it up first. It's amazing how some people turn up looking for a thingy for their wotsit and get all aggrieved, when they couldn't be bothered looking it up in the first place.

I always look it up first before I go to Screwfix, I then check in on the app when I'm parked outside. On this rare occasion I couldn't find what I wanted, and neither could the lad at the counter, hence this entire thread.

I've gotten over it now though and so should you.

More like relaxed after racing around Christmas eve trying to fix the mother-in-law's bog.

She's phoned up this morning saying the downstairs toilet keeps filling up to the brim when she flushes it. I suspect my brother-in-law has been in there.
