Induction hob 7.2kW and 6mm PVC Twin and Earth Cable

Induction hob 7.2kW rated being installed. Consumer unit located opposite side of the house. 6mm PVC Twin and Earth Cable will go into partition wall behind hob, up to the first floor joists level / above ground floor ceiling, then roughly along side existing central heating upvc hosing and through existing holes in joists, to reach ceiling above consumer unit on ground floor wall other side of house.

Would you (1) run the 6mm cable inside a pvc conduit the whole run, (2) free air cable inside partition wall from isolator to horizontal pvc conduit at joist level, or (3) free air all the way.

It sounds like this is a new circuit.
This is notifiable work, so you will need an electrician who is registered on one of the schemes recognised by LABC to do the work to comply with building regs.
