Interior door keeps opening

Ive painted my interior doors and since I rehung them the kitchen door constantly opens.

I've seen some vids about taking out the pins etc but was wondering if that's possible with national hickman hinges, or can anyone recommend another solution?

adjust the hinge , top one will be too far out or bottom too far in .

Think it's the top, the bottom had been packed but when I rehung them the bottom was well out and the door wouldn't shut,so I packed the top alittle.

I'm also missing a corner off the little squares which adjust the doors in the middle hinge.
