They could have easily popped round her house later and arrested her, they had her plates. She'd still be alive today, unfortunately that didn't happen. It's sad and wrong that she was shot assisting her gobby tw*t of a wife. That doesn't make the shooting unlawful.
It was the multiple armed masked males attack along with the trying to open her car door along with the reaching into her vehicle and then the three shots at point blank range along with the "effing bítch", that I'm struggling with.

Lets break it down:
multiple armed masked males
ICE officers with POLICE on their uniforms. She knew who they were and why they were there. She herself appears to have been there because they were there, she is alleged to have been a member of an anti-ICE acvivist group called Monarca and her self appointed role has been to observe ICE activities. There is no credibility in the argument that she thought she was about to get kidnapped or carjacked, by masked men.

You seem to be swerving to a different question which I didn't ask you.
Just to remind you, we were talking about what grounds they had to try to arrest her. You said that she had committed an offence by obstructing them with her car. You said you were going to provide some evidence. But instead you have pointed at the answer to a completely different question.

Probable cause for obstruction of justice

Start with this:
What was the purpose of her parking her car across the street? Could a reasonable person interpret this as a possible attempt to cause an obstruction? Who was the likely target of that obstruction? Does that give grounds to suspect felony obstruction of justice?
The ICE operation in question was taking place about two hundred yards away. After they had wrapped it up, some of their cars drove straight past her. They could do this because the other lane was completely free and there was plenty of room. At no point did she impede anyone from ICE in any way whatsoever.
In case others haven't seen it, there is a video on Facebook showing more of the operation. About two hundred yards down the road from where Renee is parked, some sort of ICE operation is taking place. After they wrap up their operation, some of their cars drive straight past Renee. They could do this because the other lane was completely free and there was plenty of room. It is a one way street with two lanes. At no point did she impede anyone from ICE in any way whatsoever. I thought we were talking about a few yards away when they said she was impeding them. Utterly ridiculous.

You are not anywhere near the truth with this one, I would imagine you be the type to think you could do exactly what she was doing then crying over it afterwards. In this country you don't get shot, in the USA you most certainly run that risk. Even running away from the police can get you shot never mind ramming your car into one whilst trying to leave and ignore their orders.
