I did about 20 boards in my house with soudal gun grade. Following the instructions to the letter (wait exactly 3 minutes after applying foam etc). The foam continued to expand by a small amount for about 10 minutes, for some reason it was more around the mid height of the board - not much, but resulting in as much as a 5mm bulge in some boards. I suppose this is considered within tolerances but I wasn't impressed and as I skimmed it myself it made it extra hard to take this out - maybe a pro wouldn't notice? Having said that, the boards are rock solid and I like the idea of no moisture path/cold bridging across and would definitely use them again on any old solid walls.

Me neither. We had the same issues but with piping and cables behind. I'll only use it if I have to.
Not always possible to screw where you would like to. You will never get the accuracy or the predictability you can with dab.
