Hi, was wondering if anyone could advise on this for me.

I screwed this coat hanger onto my door. It lasted a good amount of months and suddenly today it fell off?

Would no nails silicone do a job?

Ideally dont want to make any more holes as Ive done quite a bit wont silicone do the job?

You need jack nuts. Short ones like these, not long ones. (which seem to have a different name "hollow wall anchor" but are the same thing)

You can drill into two of the existing holes.

Silicone might work if the orientation was different. By that, I mean that if the rack ran down the door rather than horizontally there would be less of a shear load.

I was going to recommend those but wont the OP need to use the setting tool given that the collars don't have spikes to prevent them spinning as you try make the body collapse?
