Sorry never noticed that .Thanks. So does that mean I might be better looking at a manufacurer whose boiler modulates lower. Must admit I don't know anything about boiler modulation.

Yes, that's what I was alluding to. If the boiler cycles it affects efficiency and also noise as the fan runs slower for heating (80% is heating) and is therefore less intrusive when running. The lower the boiler can drop it's output, the better it matches the property and that changes all the time dependant on weather and occupation levels.
