The country has just lost one of it's most PC and talented comedians.

Manchester motor mouth, who could'nt stand return banter directed at him.

Still, will be sadly missed

An even funnier fat barsteward is Chubby (RV) Brown

I just knew this day was going to be a good one.

Bernard Manning's class of humour required little more skill than turd grading, and had far less value.

As soon as he has a grave I'll make a date to go and dance on it.

We can only hope that he is buried at sea.

Be very careful, Softus.

You rave in other topics about how vehemently you oppose the death sentence for convicted murderers etc, yet here you are, grateful, nay, gleeful for the death of someone whose life was spent bringing laughter to others.

Double standards?

i actualy though the latye BM was funny, unlike the bloke with the old flyiing hat who always seemd to use f when not required, granted BM did f, but he did it in a funny way

It's a valid point ninebob, but I think the comparison is misaligned. There are no circumstances under which I ever would have sentenced Bernard Manning to death, and I never wished him dead when he was alive, but I would have been pleased if he'd changed his ways. The fact that he wasn't prepared to do so means that I'm pleased that he's no longer able to continue sowing the seeds of meanness and watering the tender shoots of hate.

Notwithstanding that, if my comments have offended anyone who isn't racist, generally xenophobic, fat-ist, misogynistic, or who revels in Schadenfreude, then I hereby apologise to that person.
