This is referencing weather control by other means - not chemtrails. The US middle east basses that have been hit, the idea is that the bases were using some sort of radar to control rainfall. And now those radars have been put out of action or disrupted - its now raining like it hasn’t done for 15 years

There's no evidence of any other method being possible than seeding clouds. You can't make clouds if they aren't there, and seeding is only for small areas. No evidence that Radar can do magic.
The Iranians sometimes seed clouds themselves, it says here.

I haven't read all this thread - presumably someone has pointed out that if air is supersaturated with water vapour, a plane going through it will nucleate condensaton, making a contrail.
Same mechanism causes water on plane wings, which can freeze and bring em down.

We are not talking about making clouds in this case - its keeping them away. Its long been talked about but labelled as conspiracy - as per standard Just found this

Well then you need to read it all to understand the difference between a con and a chemtrail. In a nutshell one is short in length and dissipates within 5 mins and the other goes from horizon to horizon and does not dissipate but instead it stays for hours upon hours and spreads ot joining all the others until the once blue sky at 11am by 4pm is now just a white milky blanket vastly reducing the suns power. Look up once in a while and you will see for yourself.

Well then you need to read it all to understand the difference between a con and a chemtrail.

You do realise the by products of jet engines are nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water- right?

As Nitrogen, Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen are chemical elements, can you explain the difference between the 'chemicals' in chemtrails, and the chemicals in contrails?
