Sir David Attenborough

So the answer to my question was…..oh, you forgot to answer. Have another go. At least Nosey has learned to keep his head down now….

The man is a hundred years old!
That is an achievement in itself, but he is still the king of nature documentaries and I shall forgive his, of late, ramblings in favour of the woke.
They do say that in very advanced old age people do tend to revert back to child like state, so it's entirely understandable.
He is a national treasure for gawds sake.

I don't care for his programs since they filmed in a zoo and passed it off as wildlife.
Jets off all over the world with a massive film crew to film a gorilla called Gerald
David Attenborough is concerned about animal welfare, which is good; one of the highest causes there is. I don't follow him so haven't seen any of his campaigns against halal slaughter. Can anyone point me to these?
You're well out of touch with reality Tubbs.
Actually, Attenborough has put the gullible of Britain out of touch with reality. He is part of the movement that has convinced, over decades, a majority that Britain is bad and that we should prefer every other part of the world rather than our own. He is an 'anywhere' as opposed to a 'somewhere'.

Maybe.
I don't watch any TV nowadays, so haven't been forced to listen to his recent virtue signalling.
His documentaries are what defines his legacy and they are what I will always know him for.

He gave the late Queen a sundial which was placed by a tree which grew over it. She explained that it didn’t work and was not best pleased when he told her why. IIRC a servant was quickly blamed.

Attenborough was a sop to the climate change mob, David Bellamy, a true environmentalist had a more realistic approach, which is why he was ultimately blacklisted by the BBC.

Bellamy rejected the observable reality that climate change was being accelerated by human activity, Attenborough did not.
