I recently had a Warmflow combi boiler fitted and from day one it has been giving me and my daughter headaches. Once we turn it off we feel better but there is a very strong smell of kerosene from the tiger loop which was reused and the flex hoses even when boiler off for days. Has this been installed correctly and could this cause our symptoms of headaches, nausea and dizziness. What should be done to rectify. Thanks

Contact your installer would be first port of call.
could this cause our symptoms of headaches, nausea and dizziness.
I don’t hold oil fitting qualifications, but sounds like it could be combustion related, so possibly plausible. My advice is to stop using it immediately, you could have a carbon monoxide issue.

Get installer back that's a very poor install.
Apart from looking dead scruffy the flexi's should totally be in boiler caseing
Wrong tiger loop for internal installation. That one should be outside only.
The correct one is all metal construction and if fitted internally should have a 10mm pipe taken of top of tigerloop and taken externally to vent it.
I would personally not use boiler until faults corrected.
A a business we install 2 to 3 oil boilers a week we certainly wouldn't install a warm flow combi!
Maybe a few more pics showing rest of install?

Thanks. Installer returning tomorrow to fit metal tiger loop but I need to get him to replace these flexis as they really smell strongly of kerosene so I will also ask him to fit the vent also. Hopefully that will alleviate the symptoms. Boiler has been off since Wednesday but still strong smell from it.

If i had choice always fit tigerloop externally .
Having said that we rarely fit them on floor stood boilers.
As long as base of oil Tank not way below boiler it will work.
I take it your installer is properly qualified?
Those really are school boy errors or someone not used to installing oil.
