Starmer. Today’s the day.

the first comment I see is
This Starmer/Burnham business, it's like shi**ing your pants and changing your shirt.

No one is buying it

come on labour but your money where Andy’s eyebrows are and call a general election - what’s the matter are you frit

But the Tories privatised and de-regulated public transport, so that the dream of market-driven excellence could emerge, and companies would flourish as they provided the finest, competition-honed services.

Surely that worked.

Didn't it?
Labour have repainted the trains and called it nationalisation.

Pure tribalism. They libelled Starmer until public opinion turned against him, and now they've started on his potential successor.
He moves in end of September apparently.
He’s the new Gordon Brown.
Under andy we can now look forward to land tax on top of your mortgage. And an increase in your rent.

It wasn't SKS that was the problem it is Labour and their socialist ideals.

You could easily find out for yourself if you wanted to.
He's not really interested, it's just a typical attack on the potential successor to Starmer.
The typical anti-Labour attacks are very much Bot-like, persistent, repetitive, negaive attacks against the person.

That is your explanation for your attack?
Linked to Burnham's joining up the transport infrastructure in the Manchester Mayoralty?
Labour have repainted the trains and called it nationalisation.
It's a long slow process, not at all like repainting trains.

Brexit and the Middle East crisis ...
but even so, GDP grew 1.0% in 2024 and 1.4% in 2025. Q1 2026 came in at 0.6% — the strongest quarter since Q1 2025. So, the economy has grown under Starmer, and faster than under the tail end of the Conservatives, who left the country in a technical recession at the end of 2023.
It’s a wonder he left, he was so bloody good.

This is more like it.

the Labour government is currently renationalizing the railways. The process works by taking over private train operating contracts as they expire, rather than buying them out all at once. This is being done under the Passenger Railway Services (Public Ownership) Act 2024
It had already happened during lockdown

Labour just repainted the trains (y)
