Someone else qutoed me £4k to have mine taken out and refurbished but would take 2 weeks.

VW done mine in one day, so no lost work.

3 chrome handles to replace the white handles on our bathroom windows.

Well, that was a waste of money. They turned up (genuine Yale ones, allegedly), looked 'bulky' and the chrome could have been better. They came with 40mm square rods that had to be cut to size (mine were 15mm) so I cut the first one down, fitted it and Mrs Mottie said no, no, no, no, no! Refitted the original handle and chucked the cut down one in the bin. I make her right though, they did look crap. They weren’t expensive, just over a fiver each plus postage but not worth the aggro of sending the other two back - by the time I’d paid the postage I’d be lucky to get a fiver back.

White with white handles. The paint had started to come off of the most visible handle so I thought I might as well change them all to chrome to match all the other chrome fittings in the bathroom. I ended up swapping the chipped handle with one that had hardly been used and wasn’t in view which was covered by a blind. I should have done that in the first place!

I'd tend to stick with white/white combo

All I wear in Polo shirts are Boss. They are well worth the money as they always look new and iron great. Bargain at that price as I pay over £100 each for mine, never seen them on offer before.
