Virgin Media, driveway dig up.

So I came home to see a rather messy job done by Virgin Media today.

Granted, my driveway is old and in need of replacement, but it doesn't look that great to me.

They clearly haven't followed this. Think I'll just cancel the contract, and tell them to put my driveway right.

Don't want the same idiot drilling holes in my wall.

Considering the rest of the path/drive, it doesn’t look that bad?
You could have discussed you shoving a bit of conduit under the path in advance.

So if a house or part of a house is old, the engineer can therefore make it look worse?

Could you show me the part of the contract that says that please?

Yes, the reviews are terrible. Tried calling them, got stuck in an AI loop.
I'm going to get out now while I can.

Had a look at the houses on my street, no one else had their driveway next to outdoor cable box looking like this.

I'm fortunate in that I'm planning to get a new driveway, read of someone having their driveway damaged by VM and having to threaten legal action.

Which router do you use? I'd need to link cameras, that's my main priority. So no gaming or anything like that.

Image 2- I think that is where the cable then runs up the wall.

Personally, I don't think the patching in is too bad. In time it will probably blend in when it gets dirty.

I used to be a Telewest/Blueyonder/VM customer (over coax). I had no reason to complain. The only bug bear was that when the internet service went down at 3AM you had to wait until other customers on the same node complained before they would action it.
