For years I've been of the believe that a drop of Coke will clean you out and do more good than harm.
Maybe once a month.

Have I got any backers?

Ferkin cleaned me out. Other day I bought 2 cans for the drain blokes who were excavating my drains by hand on a scorching hot day. For 2 cans of the original, full fat version - £3.20!!!!!
Shocking. Buy it in a pub and you will be even more shocked

Because you think it has health benefits ? Or because you like the stuff?

I do believe it was originally invented as a cure for hangover!
It used to have proper coke in it.

Nothing beats a cold can with a bacon sandwich

I generally do not drink the stuff. If it can resolve teeth, clean coins and toilets it must be harmful.

But a can a month Ive thought must give you a good clean out from top to bottom.

Coke is too fizzy for me, I've never been fond of it. Much better with rum in it...

It's fizzy water, sugar, citrus peel and a few other bits including cinnamon. Absolutely dirt cheap to make...

It tastes OK. I prefer Dr Pepper, Dandelion & Burdock, or Ginger Ale. Drinks with a bit more oomph.

Some years ago we did a contract at the Coca-Cola bottling plant nr Leeds.
Start of ever shift a 40 gallon drum of black concentrate was tipped into machine 2 full lorry loads of liquid sugar carbonated water added job done.
While we were on site you could take bottles of line and drink as much as you liked.
Bottles (plastic) had to be put in there own recycling bins non to be taken off site.
When i asked one of management why we were told simple the bottles are worth more than the contents!
