Come on foxhole, please try to communicate how one can avoid having to hide a power supply cable of a speaker that requires a power supply cable in order to power it's Bluetooth receiver.

Speakers don't require a separate power supply.

Passive speakers do not require power but active speakers do.

Back in the days when I lived with "she what finally kicked me out", our B&O plasma had 2 active surround speakers, an active 1300w subwoofer, two active front facing speakers plus the speakers built into the telly. The picture quality was poor by today's standards but the sound quality was amazing- mind you the total cost was over £15,000 (and that was after haggling).

Trunking always looks horrible in my opinion. Is it possible to run the wires up in the corners of the room and then along the coving and then come DOWN to the speakers? This way the wiring would be way more discreet and you wouldn't need to any wall or skirting surgery at all

Perhaps you should ask the OP if they have active or passive speakers. You made an assumption, which might or might not be correct. Other people might read the threads at some point in the future and assume that no speakers require power.
