Texecom Elite 24 and Internal Speaker issue

Thanks, I can seem to find the speaker mimic option. Do you know where this might be?
I added an external speaker to the texecom keypad, and the volume was incredibly low (even with it adjusted to:cool:

Thanks, I have the LCD Large.

I have attached the speaker to either the 12V from the keypad or the 12V from the PCB, and the blackwire to the SPK in the keypad.
Either option results in quite a low sounding alarm, nowhere near as loud as it can be if it comes from the SPK on the PCB.

I have changed the keypad volume setting to 8 via wintex, the chime noise (when you set the alarm) is fairly loud, but the alarm noise itself is about half of that.

Perhaps the keypad only allows an 8ohm speaker?

Is that controlled from keypad volume ? It’s not something I normally use ....would use speaker output from Xp8
