E7 on a Strom boiler usually points to a domestic hot water sensor fault or related wiring issue. Since heating works fine, the hot water circuit isn’t being detected properly. I’d check the flow sensor connections and possibly replace the sensor. Sometimes a reset clears it, but if persistent, a qualified engineer should inspect.
Info from Strom is that the hot water temp sensor throws up this fault. Should be able to check the operation of the flow sensor with a multimeter across the terminals as well.
