If you are concerned that a bog standard plug and socket might encorage someone to plug power tool etcinto a lighting circuit then you could use an alternative plug and socket arrangement
Actually I reckon it would be prudent and to have that concern in some instances and if so to mitigate against it, not foolproof as a concept yet still worth considering rather than completely ignoring.
I think that we can all have a few instances of thinking "I never dreamed anybody half sane would do anything like that!" .
One instance I can think of is that I refused to sell someone a long flex and a plug because he was absolutely upset and outraged that he had been burgled by someone climbing in his first floor window, he put bars on that window and was going to connect them to the mains!
I could sympathise with his initial "fleeting thought" but going on to buy that plug and flex and an intention to use it was another thing altogether .
Who would have thought that anyone would actually do that? This bloke wanted to!
