Done away with them now but they are using a wet belt on some engines to drive the oil pump.

The 'Atkinson' engine Ford use is not a true Atkinson engine, more an Atkinson style engine. Look up a true Atkinson engine design and it’s pretty weird (and huge) with all rods and levers but Ford mimic the principal while using a traditional crank/rod/piston design. I think some other hybrid vehicle manufacturers use the same engine or at least, the same principal.

I didn't notice that you were indecisive, my advice is to buy whatever your gut feeling tells you. Bare in mind that whatever you buy only has to last you 10 yrs at best unless you are planning on keeping it beyond 70. Anything reasonably new should easily do that, I would simply look at the cheapest option for a work horse, the cheaper the outlay the more proffit is left in your jobs for you.

I think ill stick with the White. Its a nice looking van but it will also be my only vehicle for a while. So I might Jazz it up a bit

Interesting, I'd never heard of the Atkinson Cycle. I think I prefer the Otto cycle even though I hadn't heard of that either.

You could get some nice Reform stickers to jazz it up a bit, the blue really goes well with white.
