Is it ok to use Osmo Oil on Oak veneer doors?

I put one coat on my stairs handrail and spindles, should I sand these down before putting a 2nd coat on?

If you're talking about Osmo HardWaxOil and you've waited longer than 48 hours after applying the first coat, yes you have to sand again.
