Dot& dab +fitting Heavy radiator

I'm going to Dot&dab my kitchen wall but all so i'm installing a very heavy Rad.Do iput extra dot&dab where the Brackets will go or is there a better method

You want solid dabs where you are fixing the rad brackets,( and skirting, units etc) and I would use screws long enough to bite into the wall itself
