Correct loading for Daisy Chained AC Evaporator units

Still doing this AC job:

There are 3 internal Fan/Evaporator units daisy chained together at Varaious locations in the office space. As the units are daisy chained Im pretty sure the load will be spread. I.e. the total 21A load will not be present at each fan unit as its daisy chained, Right?

See my drawing Im fairly confident that Ver 2 is correct but need the Wise to confirm as Im not 100%

I know that good design should not be unnecessarily wasteful of materials or cost, but FFS how cheap is that plan?

Do the sums to confirm volt-drop, but 4mm² all the way, surely...

With the reduced current at the relevant points the Volt Drop decreases even with the increased length hence the reduced cable CSA at those points only (me thinks)
 
I know you did the sums, and if it's OK with 2.5mm² it must be OK with 4mm² - my point was that you should do the sums to confirm you can drop down from 6mm², but you should use 4mm² throughout - it's cheap not to.

But that's just me...
 
Its not just for economy its for space as well theres not much in the units or in the fancy pants curvy trunking either. :)
