Medway...Water in gas chambers....Wits end !

Im gonna get a bath out of this heater if it kills me !

Ive stripped it.took the water out and replaced the diapragm.It fired up beutifully but i had to do a bit of thrutching with a nut.giving the old girl a few accidental knocks in the process.Thought it was all cleared up but 5 mins later when i went for my much anticipated bath,water back in the gas system.Did i cause this or could it have been waiting to happen ?

Make sure water is not coming up from the water section . Gland nut the pin comes through leak occasionally
