when you next write a letter type only your address as normal, then go to the top left of page and click on: file : then select save and save it to your documents or similar, then when you want it again just find it and open it up and hey presto there it will be ready to use again.Works for me
Click on "table" " insert" "table" select what ever the choice given probably 5 x 2.
You can then move the lines to suit your self by hovering your cursor over the line you want to move.
Its easy peasy and the best way to start any new document, as advised by a top secretary I used to live with.
Always use tables!!!
