while repairing a boiler i went round the back to check on there flue and prv pipe i noticed the neighbours flue.. shouldnt laff, but i did! 
can anyone spot whats wrong with this flue?

FFS don't do that, it will surely confuse them.
They will only pester HSE and ask them wether its catogarised as a NCS, AR or ID.
And if its a foreign species they may want to fly to Barbados for positive identification.
