Never even thought of kerosene as i will be geting the bio for free as our parent company manufacture it on a commercial scale hence the bounded storage tank in the yard already lol
it will be mounted on the second story of the building and then the flue will be running up the old chimney so as long as i get a none balanced unit thing should be fine.
i will have to take this on board when pricing thing up.

it is just something i am toying with at the moment as it would be the cheapest option to get some form of heating in to my warehouse as i can't get permission to have a propane tank sited and the cost to have a gas line instaled to the property is astronomical...
All of our guys have both a premier inn and travelodge card which pays for accommodation and meals (with or without a pint there choice).
plus they also get a £10 lunch allowance as well.
I currently have a warehouse / workshop with office space above.
It is basically two converted garages which are 500 sqf each down stairs and the same upstairs.
Now last winter when i moved into there it was bloody freezing had to run fan heaters in all rooms which cost me a arm and a leg...
Funnily enough its the same as the OP runs in line with the fence once it doglegs back in to the garden
No don't think so our house are all brick built town houses
My house has a similar strange dog leg in the kitchen but it also has it on the boundary fence.
IE it follows the party wall line from the kitchen down the garden 6ft then comes back in on its self to line up with the party wall of the rest of the house.
also our elderly neighbours several...
I suppose its down to whether you have personal use and being stopped the £3000 a year on you tax.
But if you have no personal use and i found one of my guys doing this they would be sacked
