what do you mean tee'd off the other rad in dining room? is it not feed from the main pipes running from the boiler?

this is the worst one, the rest are tiny and closer to the wood than this, i dont think there is a problem but i asked just to be sure, btw the gaffer tape is my masking tape for painting! lol was to hand at the time :D

i have noticed hairline cracks around the wooden supports in my newly built and plastered kitchen vaulted ceiling, i take it this is the roof settling now its all finished, around the velux windows its fine, should i wait a while to check movement and then paint over the cracks at a later date...

just a post to say thanks to all who contributed info, went for the professional tradesman approach, jigged the bank acc/bills and found enough, they did a spot on job, but thx again to all for contributions.

i know this topic has a few questions already but they seem to date back to 2009, 5 years on and i was wondering if fitting an induction hob over an oven is do able nowadays, wickes designed my kitchen and they put the hob over the oven, nothing was mentioned about the possibility of the hob...

boiler man said both could go in to the soil stack, wickes sell a 22mm condense strap boss adapter which means condense and ch drain can be put straight into soil via a strap boss, obviously 1 strap boss each! lol thought i better say this it saves mass confusion with replies, btw prv pipework...

hello, is there a fitting that can be used to go from condense drain pipe straight to standard soil pipe ? also can i fit a 22mm copper pipe straight to a soil pipe? the boiler is right above the soil pipe and instead of running the condense to outside i want to run it inside to the soil pipe...

Thanks jeds, just to be on the safe side gonna put in some braces, had a roofer take a look and he said even though the ridge installed looks OK he would install some if it was his place, so I'm gonna install a couple and make a feature of them, thanks for your help jeds.
