    get someone qualified to take the cover off and check the bolts anchoring the boiler. You don't want it falling off the wall when you're on holiday, it will cause a gas leak.

    If not a gravity fed system then check the pressure in the system is not too high (1-2 bar should be ok). I all ok there I can only suggest faulty fitting.

    have a look in the airing cupboard for a motorised valve. It looks like a metal box about 3 inchesx 2 inches it will have a flex (cable) running into it. This is probably malfunctioning. A job 4 a competent plumber.
