Buy the correct inserts for the pipe, i never use the wrong inserts but frequently have to mix brands. I find the rubber seals on the JG inserts catch on the stainless rings on HEP and Polyplumb, so i cut them off if i need to mix the two.

Search the forum for stories on Ideals current boilers. Newer Baxi are a chunk better than the older ones. Do you have just the 2 as options?

You should consult someone/company who works exclusively at drainage problems. The average plumber doesn't have cctv! Lots of plumbers have very little interest in underground drainage, myself included. Too dirty! I wouldn't read to much into "cctv won't help" it won't fix the problem but...

Hi Guys, can anyone recommend an electric undersink water heater. It is just to supply a single hot tap in a office tea area.

Is there an Ideal Boiler? Just out of curiosity. Last boiler mate i seen was in 3-4 year old 4 bedroom/double garage detached up here in Glasgow. The f&e tank was exactly the same arrangement.

Fit a new cylinder stat. That would be my first guess. You could try turning it down to say 40c and see if the water then gets to 55c.
