Engineer been today and it was the programmer wasn't powering up the motorised how water valve so changed it out and now it works :-)

i used have a big grundfos pump but its not there anymore so is the circle pump in the boiler ?

hot water not working thats what !!

got a sealed system Vaillant eco tec 615 and we have no hot water , we had a 3 way valve changed last year for same issue. Heating works ok, it seems the hot water pipe from the boiler is getting hot but it not hot in the cupboard where the tank is , both valves in the cupboard seem to work...

Basically if its before the nte5 internal connection box its illegal for you to touch it. Personally i would leave it when the engineer comes to provide/connect i believe they will fix it for free as you are returning back to BT Retail.

We have had a recommended plasterer to skim the bedrooms over artex and he's got a cancellation so coming next week i was wondering if when he does the bedrooms will we ba able to sleep in them that night. Thanks

Hi All I have stripped off the wallpaper in my bedroom which has left a previously pained wall but its a bit imperfect, is there a product i can put on that will help prime the wall and also level out the wall a bit before i paint over it with emulsion. Thanks
