What are the 2 small pipes connected to the fan assembly? One red, one transparent. It doesn't say in the manual.

we keep getting a few pongy whiffs coming from the sink drains, I've attached a pic of the waste pipes underneath, its a bit busy as u will see, i take it if I remove the 2 U bends, make sure there's no blockages try n clean all the other pipes best I can then replace the u bends? we've tried...

hi RC, thanks for posting. gona have a bash this wkend. i took off all the loose bits left me with about a foot square (ish hole). will do as you say, thanks. (would love to bin the whole lot and have it properly done).

anyone any idea's? is it best to treat it or anything? or simply just clear all the cr-p and loose bits of render and try and patch it as it is? the surround area's seem pretty much ok.
