Is it possible to install a combi in place of a system boiler by doing some necessary changes (plumbing or electrics) and still keeping the Megaflow, Just curious

So , shall i remove this elbow valve and replace it with a one with a pressure guage attaced to it " the proper one 175528 ", I double checked and can not trace a pressure guage attached to the system. Do this flow valve comes with a new boiler or purchased separatly?
