Hi, I am getting a lot of flakes and bubbles and flakes on the top of the wall. I inspected from outside and there are no cracks or broken / damaged pointing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Wayne's, thank you. The only way to check is to remove the coping stones from the parapet wall and look in between the outer and internal wall. What about that water leak in the corner wall. Do you think it is condensation?
