We have a common problem. Fitted new stylish ensuite basin mixer tap, not enough hot water pressure. Mixer taps that work with low pressure are advertised 0.2, the one we have says 1.00. Does anyone know if these work, do not want to fork out for one if it won't. Thanks.

We are fitting a shower tray (Stone resin) using riser kit. If we put the tray ona ply base then the legs the tray is too high for the plinth. Can we put the legs straight onto the floor board which are solid?

I am having a new extractor fan fitted . I wanted the light and fan on separate switches , there is no window. I have been told they have to be on one switch is this right? You wouldn't need the fan on if you were only brushing your teeth.

yes the plinth but we had to raise the tray a bit higher than the depth of the plinth, so now there is a gap. We can't use ply or something like that cos. it's a curve.

i have installed a quadrant shower tray but the trim which came with it is not depp enough. Can i get a deeper trim or can I add some sort of upvc strip ?

Thank you so much, that makes sense . The plumber should be returning tonight so I will ask him to do this , ie put the cold pipes to the showers back to the cold water tank. Fingers crossed. :?

We recently had some pipes moved and during the process the plumber said we should have our cold water from the mains and not the tank. So he changed our pipes to do this . BUT we have 3 mixer showers and now we cant get hot water from them. Mira support have told us there isn't a mixer shower...

the diameter of the outlet is 900 mm and we will be fitting a hi flo outlet the base the shower tray will be resting on , is, new 6x1 floorboards with a hardboard cover ,unsure whether it will also require ply wood base the legs are 100 mm high and will have a surround when completed
