shower tray trim not big enough

i have installed a quadrant shower tray but the trim which came with it is not depp enough. Can i get a deeper trim or can I add some sort of upvc strip ?

Do you mean the curved plastic finishing strip...rather like a curved plinth?
Usually there's enough material to cover the gap if its not fully pushed up into the tray. I would have thought that the trim was the same depth as the tray, really.

yes the plinth but we had to raise the tray a bit higher than the depth of the plinth, so now there is a gap.
We can't use ply or something like that cos. it's a curve.

6mm ply can be easily bent to a curve, though pvc for soffit use should be flexible enough and is widely available.
