Found next to some paving slabs under a bush in a garden (not mine). It’s got inverted dimples in it so was wondering if anyone would be concerned that it’s asbestos cement? Or is it simply a bit of paving slab...?

So thanks for the really kind replies. I understand there is asbestos all around us but I am not happy about the prospect of it being in that amount in my house with my children. I'm after someone with knowledge who can tell me if AIB debris is likely to look like that?
