Honda Accord estate 2003 has corrosion on rear wheel arches ledge and corner onto panel. Has anyone covered this successfully with plastic trims ( where from)

Have traced water leak at short hose from sump to pump. Not easy to see exactly what is happening, but the hose has only one hose clip ( at pump end) Surely there should also be a clip at sump?
