    40mm pipe through 6 inch joist

    the waste goes over the joist at the mo as the old shower tray is about 100 deep. The replacement tray needs the waste to go into the floor void and going through the joist would give me a good angle of fall.

    Thank you everyone for your comments. I have spoken to the customer and as he is also having the drive way reshaped and resurfaced so new drains down the right side of the house is the only option.
