I have a bathroom to refurbish and the chipboard floor isn't very good. I am going to replace it but as the house is quite new it looks like the stud walls were built on top of the flooring making it difficult to remove. What is the best way/tool to cut right to the edge of the boards?

Many Thanks

circular saw with a track system would be best. You wont be able to cut right up to the wall. Leave a 2" over hang around the edge so you can screw a noggin in place and you have some where to fix gripper etc to in the future.

Yes that would work, but I was hoping to remove all the chipboard and replace with 22mm ply as the floor is going to be tiled.
