You would not believe this... I just disabled battery monitoring Wintex, tried to send back to the panel and it said connection dropped Now it's completely reset the panel what a mess! managed to set up comip from the panel but loading the account in Wintex said the tdf file is corrupted or...

Texecom - new battery but still battery fault

Ah great. So replacing just the black box - looks like it's just a connector on each side so fairly straightforward to do? In the meantime to get rid of the fault I have to disconnect the PSU200 battery I guess and just have the 1 backup battery in the panel

Texecom - new battery but still battery fault

Thanks for the help guys. I've double checked and the battery selector is on 1 battery and those are the leads being used too Unfortunately I don't have a 7ah battery to test with. I've tried both new batteries in the PSU200 though so I would imagine they both can't have issues. I bought the...

Texecom - new battery but still battery fault

So I tried two things: PSU200 battery off, mains off, battery on, mains on PSU200 and panel battery off, mains off, batteries on, mains on Both ended up with the issue still being there - the red battery fault light appears straight away and the fault cannot be reset from the keypads like...

Texecom - new battery but still battery fault

OK cool will check that - thanks. When disconnected, 12.86V would be considered fine for a new battery right?

Texecom - new battery but still battery fault

Hi there I've got an Elite 48 panel and PSU200. Replaced both batteries but the battery fault light still appears on in the PSU200 (and battery fault on the keypads), even after a few days. I checked the voltages - the panel battery shows 13.73V and PSU200 12.86V, both are brand new Yuasa 12V...

Texecom door contact - can a min open time be added?

Yep it's an insulated sectional door. So you mean something like this - they all seem to be made out of metal: I didn't install the system, but I assume it's fairly straightforward to just swap these over

Texecom door contact - can a min open time be added?

That's the top of the door. It's a sectional garage door and this is at the top

Texecom door contact - can a min open time be added?

Hi all I have a door contact on my garage door, and a PIR inside the garage. The door isn't exactly airtight, and sometimes (for example with the recent storms) something may move in the garage from the wind. I have set the PIR to "double knock" to prevent false alarms in this case. However...
