The window manufacturer I use dropped its prices earlier this year by a small amount, as they had switched to a different glass supplier.
However I haven't bought windows for a month or so, so this is not an informed view of current prices.
Perhaps you could try getting some competitive quotations?

The major players in the glass market have all raised their pricess substancially (up to 50%)

but thats not the only increase this year they hit us around four times a year usually led by pilks then the rest follow suit. cartel what cartel.
