is it an early form of wheel clamp
also usefull for allowing for the little toe on either foot by being able to be put on the left or the right.

Condoms are rubbish, they keep splitting when I try to put one on - even XL ones. I am following the instructions, which are;
1) Remove from packet
2) Unroll condom to cover organ
We haven't got an organ, just a piano. Still, they keep splitting!!!
