Your evidence is a minute amount of dna which matches, as i said she must be covered in minute amounts of other peoples dna, WHY isnt she plastered in his dna after being grabbed--tied up--carried--bundled into his car which must have absolutly massive amounts of his dna inside which SHE then claims to have rolled around in, in an attempt to escape.

SHE would have millions of different pieces of his dna all over her--AND SHE DIDNT !!!

BIT ODD ISNT IT???????????????

There is also a major flaw in the claim of putting the body into his Ute, namely that the Police and independent forensic teams have been unable to find any evidence of Falconio, alive or dead, in Murdoch's Ute.

One other thing..this happened at night...Murdich could not find a person...yet he could find a shell casing??? The prosecution would appear to have overlooked this little fact. The weapon found in Murdochs possession was a Beretta 9mm, this is a semi-automatic hand-gun that ejects the used cartridge casing to the right of the weapon. The case in about 28mm long and about 11mm in diameter...yet this guy, who could not find a person, managed to find something so small on an unlit rural road that was a dirt track in all but name ( I know it is tarmaced)....

It's a blooming farce....

Not saying he's guilty or not, I don't know as I haven't been following the case much if at all. However, just being devils advocate....

Complications - Possibly because he was high on amphetimines which has admits to taking to counter tiredness when driving long distance on his drug runs.
Shooting - Shoot the man, tie up the woman for raping later?
Taking the body - So that it's not found?
Hands - She's already showed the jury how she has moved her hands by moving them under her feet. Many people can do it.
Dog - Not all dogs are bloodhounds. Don't know about the trackers though.

She might have been but you can only normally get dna for testing out of things like body fluid eg blood stains or things like fingerprints on none absorbent surfaces

Body hair--head hair--blood--wee--poo--bogies--snot---saliva---tears--billy bunk--blood---skin---nail clippings---ear wax---- and so on-----and any of these would be all over his car in the truck load

So being as she was rolling around in there and tested as soon as she was picked up---bit strange innit?

I must confess, I haven't followed the case too closely, but my guess is that the murder was planned between the girl, and the chap that has been charged. I'd imagine that they didn't expect anyone to get caught. Having been caught, though, he's hardly going to admit, yeah we planned it together.

I recall recently hearing of a concern among the legal circles that juries have inflated expectations of modern forensic science. This is due to the great number of TV shows that concentrate on this as a theme. Most of these TV shows are ficticious, but they are given more credibility by the existence of documentaries along the same lines.

Unfortunately the true life stories that concentrate on forensic evidence, are outstanding cases. The ficticious stories are obviously just pure fantasy. All in all, the impression that these shows give is that, every criminal will inevitably leave a wealth of forensic evidence behind. In reality, this is rarely the case.

The nett result is that criminals are getting let off as juries expect a wealth of evidence that just isn't there.

I don't think forensic evidence is all its cracked up to be, I think it was him what did it, but not enough evidence, but Hell! he can go down anyway for the drug s and being so darn ugly.
