according to the customer this shower is only a year old, (yey right).anyone recognise it ?
can you offer any advice as to why the hot water will reach the centre of the mixer but will not come out the hose, the boiler is a combi ferolli f24 and will produce hot water at any tap in the house but today/ monday will not prduce hot water out of the mixer.
when the mixer is taken off the wall what size allen key will remove the filters in the supply pipework side, not in the mixer itself.

Right terence i've had a good look and can't spot one exact as yours.
Either the dials are slightly different or the button none are exact.

As you know there are thousands of different makes etc.
The next step would be to remove the cartridge id that.

But the issue sounds as if the cartridge is not opening to the hot supply. ;)

If it's only a year old surely they still have the paperwork for it for the warranty...??? Yeah, right, thought not. Rip it out and put a decent new one in

cheers for the heads up, it looks similar but the l/h side has the circular details in blue rather then green.then again they could have run out of green stickers :D
it was replaced tonight with one from toolstation that makes that one look pricey, £38,the guy said they sell loads very rarely come back. at that price you can replace every year
